As stated in STAR’s adoption contract, if any bird adopted through STAR needs a new home, they are to return to STAR for that home. Bringing birds in who need to be returned to STAR is our top priority. However, being volunteer-based, it can still take time for space to open in a foster home. So, if you need to return a bird to us, we appreciate as much advanced notice as possible.
