If you wish to surrender a bird to STAR, please complete the form below. Before submitting, we encourage you to review our full surrender information page HERE, which explains our process, wait times, and common questions.

If you still have questions, you may contact our intake team at intake@staravian.org. Due to the volume of requests we receive, email is our primary and only method of contact. We are unable to accept phone calls.

Due to the high volume of surrender requests we receive, STAR is currently operating with an intake waitlist. Intake timing depends on foster availability, species, and individual circumstances.
