  Join STAR at the 4th annual Pawfest. There will be different vendors, rescues, food trucks, kids face painting, superheroes, and more! There will be two costume contests at 12:30 and 2:30 for kids AND pets. Friendly dogs are welcome!! Upper Sears Parking lot at Chesterfield Mall $5 admission, Kids 10 AND  under are free
