Meet STAR’s Ambassador Birds at Purina Farms

STAR will be attending the PetFinder Adoption Event at Purina Farms with some of our ambassador birds for a day of education, outreach, and bird conversations.

⚠️ Please note: STAR will not be adopting birds out at this event.

What you can expect at the STAR table:
• Meet and interact with STAR’s ambassador birds
• Learn about parrot care, behavior, and enrichment
• Learn about birds currently available for adoption through STAR
• Learn about our adoption process and how to apply

The larger event will feature adoptable dogs and cats from a variety of animal welfare organizations, along with fun activities for attendees inside the Purina Event Center.

Registration is encouraged, but walk-ins are welcome as space allows.
