DESCRIPTION:STAR – St. Louis Avian Rescue has been invited to attend the 2021 Howloween Pet Parade in the Delmar Loop! Please stop by our tent for a trick or tweet!\n\n\nHOSTED BY UNIVERSITY CITY LOOP and DOLLY’S DREAM HOME RABBIT RESCUE \nEnter your pet (and yourself) in this year’s Howl-o-ween pet/family costume contest. \n\nSuggested donation is $5 per pet with 100% of the proceeds benefiting Dolly’s Dream House Rabbit Rescue.\nParade Rules:\n– Animals must be current on vaccinations\n– No aggressive animals or females that are in season\n– Animals must be on a leash and in control by their owner at ALL times.\n– Pet owners MUST pooper scoop after their pets.\n– The parade is not limited to only dogs. — Other pets are welcome to enter too!\nPrizes awarded for costumes in the following categories:\n1) Christmas in October\n2) Animal Impersonator\n3) Group Costume\n4) Best Duo\n5) Best Costume\nADDITIONAL ACTIVITIES INCLUDE:\n– Pumpkin Decorating Station: FREE – Mini Pumpkin decorating station.
